To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

趁一家人放假，開開心心，即刻去酒樓食返個長腳蟹，咁岩見到海王漁港有得賣，即刻夜晚去食。一入到去，諗住即刻order返個日式長腳蟹，點知話賣哂，好彩有個客cancel左，即刻變左有蟹食，心諗:I am so lucky!個蟹一尼到，即刻忍唔住拎隻蟹腳尼食，隻蟹腳真係好甜好鮮，咁大個女第一次食新鮮長腳蟹咋，除左腳，蟹身都有好多肉，食左一半都有少少飽肚既感覺。除左蟹之外，仲叫左幾個小菜，有小炒王，乳豬拼盤，蒸帶子同煲仔小菜，樣樣都不錯
