週六與朋友分享了一餐極新鮮的刺身及剛從水池上水的鱈場蟹....包場堂食又得,外賣都得。先上汁煮鮑魚(清酒味明顯,鮮甜)同新鮮鮟鱇魚肝(有魚味、有質感,其它地方的通常已偏軟、膩及酸)。刺身與酒店高級日式料理店有過之而無不及,以池魚、象拔蚌及牡丹蝦最出色!啲海膽同魚子多到做 DIY超大型手卷又得,淨啪都得,感覺到冰洋嘅冷同鮮!鱈場蟹分火鍋及網燒兩吃,然後蟹湯蔬菜火鍋跟薄切豬肉同拉麵,正!最後蟹粥,仲好食過係札幌嘅蟹將軍! I’ll be back!
