To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

用海港集團嘅app以500分再加268元換購咗個歡聚全包四人餐，食物都幾豐富。喺app換咗之後需要享用前早一天預約，去到唔太多人，坐低後即時去收銀處兌換，268元就食完先再找數，整個套餐有以下食物：西蘭花炒班球- 蝦球份量都算多，蝦都好爽彈，味道唔錯！鹽燒鮑魚- 鮑魚都幾大隻，好香口，咬落好彈牙，有少少辣，非常嘢味清蒸虎班- 班約一斤重，蒸既火喉啱啱好，魚肉好滑，畧嫌豉油少咗啲。蠔皇花菇扣鵝掌- 花菇size 唔算好大隻，炆得好入味，鵝掌好夠淋，有水準！鮮果咕嚕肉- 肉嘅份量都好多，配以半邊桃、菠蘿同三色椒同炒，個汁就用咗士多啤梨來調製，味道非常夾，好好味道！脆皮醬燒雞半隻- 雞醃得稍咸，唔需要點醬汁都已經好夠味，雞肉唔會嚡，算 ok!呢個四人餐都算份量十足，用料都唔錯，儲夠分後都會再嚟食過
