To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近我去了某家餐廳,真是一個難忘的經歷。這裡的食物可謂「價廉物美」,$200 的價格lunch set, 兩個每人$200。 一個剩係得兩片牛。 另一個包括幾條上品芽菜和幾舊極品牛柳粒,讓人不禁感慨這個價錢真是「超推介」!芽菜的口感相當新鮮,令人感受到自然的清新,但可惜份量上似乎有點不足,讓我感覺像是前菜而非主菜。而那幾舊牛柳粒,看起來雖然精緻,不過味道卻有些普通,讓我懷疑是否真的是「極品」。整體來說,這家餐廳讓我體驗了「超凡」的價值,但也許在食材的選擇和調味上,還有進步的空間。雖然我會推薦給朋友們,但我會私下告訴他們,期待值不要太高哦!
