大壩街這條食街新開了一間日本料理店,原來是鮨一來荃灣開分店了~溫馨小店的格局,蠻有日式風情的。我們這夜安排了吧枱位置,可以邊用餐邊欣賞師傅的手勢。開胃菜點了份鮨一沙律,新鮮蔬菜加上高甜度番茄和各種刺身,口感很豐富。接下來是海膽fans必點的鮨一千層海膽飯,碗上堆了一層又一層、異常澎湃的海膽,加上奢華的金箔,超吸睛的說!滿滿的海膽底下還有呑拿魚蓉,鮮味提升,令味道不會太單調,果然是招牌名物先挖一大坨海膽,加醋飯和紫菜夾起來吃,海膽的鮮香在口中慢慢透岀來,餘韻久久不散,豪華的享受~看到廚師推介有鱈魚白子和鮟鱇魚肝,就各點了一份試試。肥美的白子刺身滑溜溜的,嫩滑帶甜。而鮟鱇魚肝則味道濃郁,口感細膩綿潤。再來是特上十貫目,誠意十足,有海膽、晶瑩剔透的三文魚籽、甜蝦、帆立貝和充滿油香的拖羅等等~ 現握壽司新鮮好食,味濃的拖羅就留待最後品嘗吧最後點了份清酒煮蜆,份量大方,蜆肉脹卜卜的,簡單做法已經可帶岀海鮮的原始滋味。蘿蔔也煮得入味,無渣而且非常清甜
