To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 成日擔心食沙律會唔夠飽,不過呢到沙律款式好多,仲好多唔同combination, 份量仲多到食唔哂 😅 打破我一路對沙律嘅認知Pesto chicken + 羽衣甘藍 + 番薯薯條 📍$108最鍾意食番薯薯條 😁 同薯條差唔多,不過又健康啲,又甜甜地,最岩我 😋 雞胸肉份量仲多到我食唔哂呢到開始賣埋Kale chips ($50) 呀 😍😍 將 羽衣甘藍係低溫焗到佢脆,加埋唔同味嘅seasoning, 食薯片都可以好健康架 😁 我個人就最鍾意食garlic bread 味,好重味
