To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳位於銅鑼灣金百利,”築地”木造招牌令我感覺猶如置身於日本漁港市場,而且仲一直播放住動漫主題曲,超級有feel!食物選擇多多,有魚生丼,各款烏冬,揚物等等,晚餐都只係人均$150內,cp值滿滿~炸物什錦 Assorted Fritters $623款炸物-甘粟紫薯餅,蒜香炸薯條,炸雞軟骨,由於係即叫即炸,上菜時仲保持香脆,特別係炸雞軟骨,內裏超juicy,拈上蛋黃醬更香口!而紫薯餅選用日本紫薯蓉再加入甘栗粒製成內餡,非常足料,無絲毫油膩感口味,好推介!三文魚親子丼Bowl of Rice topped with Salmon Sashimi $115餐廳用上新鮮三文魚刺身及三文魚杍製作親子丼,厚切刺身口感柔嫩,而魚杍帶有少少海水鹹味,鮮味十足!
