好耐冇食牛扒，心血來沖咗間去食，點知一食有驚喜我嗌左300 gram嘅西冷，算係多筋，但重牛味，估唔到咁嘅價錢都有好嘅質素，cp值好高我嗌左飯、沙律、同埋一個味增湯，佢去食飯都係用日本珍珠米，味道10分好食同有米香個牛超級好味仲要大塊過塊石板，初初以為西冷會好多筋，點知道出乎意料地好食嗰日咁啱撞正着白色衫，發現原來佢哋嗰度好貼心，有一次性圍裙提供，防止你淺到啲執佢件衫佢仲有蔥、蒜可以揀擺喺個牛上面，雖然識落都好重味道，但食到呢種CP值咁高嘅石燒牛好有滿足感
