餐廳位於銅鑼灣同灣仔中間,一入到去地方超大,甚至乎有個超大嘅心形吧檯,而且有極多唔同嘅酒可以揀🍷🍷今次同女朋友一齊去食當然要試佢哋嘅廚師發板,我哋坐咗喺吧台嘅對面,係一間房仔,但係入面都有五六個位置係第二個吧枱嚟,應有嘅設備一定唔會少。講咗咁耐環境,一於講下嘢食啦🤤🤤,前菜係赤貝,赤貝彈牙新鮮,另外仲配咗自家製嘅酸汁👍跟住落到刺身,今日嘅刺身係真鯛魚,深海池魚同埋吞拿魚豆腐,池魚超出色,而且師傅都有講解來源,一路食一路學嘢跟住就到壽司部分,北海道產嘅牡丹蝦,拖羅等等,最特別係有青柳貝,聽師傅講係三到五月先至係當造期🤤另外好難忘嘅就係生蠔,師傅揀咗小長井嘅真蠔,隻蠔極之大隻,係我食過嘅最大嘅,而且好鮮。最後甜品係自家製嘅玉子,玉子壽司試得多,估唔到可以直接拎黎做甜品🤤 玉子味道唔會太膩,係清甜嘅味道❤️
