To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嶺南樓就成日食,不過冇幫佢寫過食評。今日的起心肝,寫下我最喜愛的嶺南招牌炒飯,XO醬燒腩仔炒飯。50蚊一盒好似有啲偏貴,但絕對係大大盒,2個人食都冇問題。佢用料好足,有好多燒腩仔粒,蛋絲,生菜絲,仲會食到XO醬入面既瑶柱。飯炒得粒粒分明,有咬口而唔太乾。食既時候仲有絲絲辣味,真係好正。另外,都叫左個叉燒。呢個既叉燒都係招牌菜,用既部分肥瘦適中,甜甜地,有肉味,咬落仲幾爽口,必食之選!
