To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經開屯門走去元朗搵食,聽講呢間既牛肉麵好出名,咪同班frd去試下。去到等左一陣就有位,叫左牛肉麵、炸雞麵、炸魷魚鬚、豆腐同珍珠奶茶。野食出得好快!唔洗點等就有得食。牛肉麵真係超正!每塊牛腩都係一層筋一層肉,炆得夠淋夠入味,麵質煙韌、湯底香濃。另外,本來食炸野最驚炸粉太厚,但呢間既炸雞同炸魷魚鬚外面層炸粉只有薄薄一層又夠脆超正!不過建議食左炸雞麵先好食牛肉麵,因為前者既湯底較清淡。有機會一定要再去食多次!
