啱啱坐低第一形象其實幾好,部長主動放低鮑魚、湯、小籠包,菜。之後我地第一時間遞紙order蟹,眼見其他台遲黎既都已經有,甚至有d台未食完已經黎第二轉,我地落左30分鐘唔好話隻蟹,連隻蟹腳都見唔到。之後第一次追伺應,已經好有禮貌問可唔可以check下有無落到單,結果佢追個傳菜,個傳菜識鬼咩,佢都係跟單出。再等左15分鐘,追個著黑色衫既公關,佢竟然答我:台台都等緊,太多人做唔切。我心諗,你做唔切關我咩事,喂大佬,你唔係請我食啊依家,我係真金白銀比錢黎食,依家連一隻蟹都未食到,叫你check單,你check都未check就咁答我,唔係啊?又等左10分鐘,今次追個男部長,佢見我黑曬口面醒目啦,求其拎左一碟比我地。順應我地交左第二次order,結果又不出意外等左好耐啦,不過今次真係出翻第二張單。姐係第一次漏左單啦。我真係覺得呢間野事事旦旦求求其其。大家真係唔好黎尖嘴呢間。

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.
