今日黎到呢間漁獲浜燒!食食日本野!我都係隨便search 附近嘅餐廳就碌到呢間好似唔錯就去食了!gogogo!去到餐廳樓下,已經聽到d人話上呢間食,我諗跟大隊應該冇錯!入到去都幾full 我地就坐bar 枱,睇住師父幫我地整野食😋先黎一個細芝麻鹽醬椰菜,開開胃先!好味啊!上面好似有d粟米脆脆!咸咸地 又有d口感!之後叫咗個刺身,店員話今日最新鮮係金目鯛而且肉質比較爽!排到好靚呀!賣相100分!一條魚有3種食法,去品嚐佢嘅鮮味!首先就係左圖,就係點一個類似柚子味嘅醬汁,酸酸地!呢個食法好似比較日式,如果食唔慣就可以好似右圖咁就係點豉油加wasabi 就係我地平時最正路嘅食法!個人覺得呢2種味道都各有各有千秋而第三種就係未出現嘅!就係下圖啦😆😆就係食哂d肉再用佢個頭黎整魚湯!呢個湯就不得了,好鮮甜,而且放咗d味噌覺得好夾!之後再食一個沙律先!呢個好似係幾熱門嘅沙律🥗特製黑松露炙燒平目魚邊沙律,睇睇d 黑松露多到好似唔洗錢咁😋😋😋超正,仲有牛油果,個人覺得如果每日都係得食呢個沙律我可以食超多超多菜!平目魚邊口感都幾得意入口即溶又有果種燒過嘅味!之後黎個燒白鱔!我本身都驚驚地,因為好怕有骨,但
