To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日下午我們喺西環做完嘢之後去咗附近西寶城商場嘅「海港酒家」飲下午茶！我們叫咗韭黃鮮蝦腸嘅腸粉好煙韌軟滑，蝦肉都幾大隻，而且好爽甜彈牙！沙薑豬蹄粒肉嘅質感好鬆軟，而豬皮嘅質感就超爽滑彈牙，再配埋啲沙薑汁，令到味道更加惹味！核桃馬拉糕相當香甜鬆軟，再加埋粒粒嘅核桃碎一齊食，令到口感更加豐富！玫瑰豆沙包嘅包質相當軟熟，入面嘅豆沙餡料味道好芳香，但唔會過甜！剁椒蒸魚雲嘅肉質非常鮮甜嫩滑，香辣嘅剁椒令到鮮味更加提升，而且仲有啲粉絲舖底，吸收晒醬汁嘅精華，真係好正呀！
