To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日中午我們去咗西環西寶城嘅「海港酒家」飲中午茶！我們叫咗蒜香珍寶元貝蒸飯、翡翠筍蝦餃皇、燒汁肥牛金菇腸同紫薯荔枝球！蒜香珍寶元貝蒸飯嘅珍寶元貝非常嫩滑彈牙，而且有八粒咁多，真係份量十足，蒸飯吸收晒蒜蓉嘅香味同珍寶元貝嘅鮮甜味，真係超惹味！翡翠筍蝦餃皇嘅餃皮好煙煙韌韌，蝦肉嘅肉質相當爽甜彈牙！燒汁肥牛金菇腸嘅腸粉好軟滑，肥牛亦幾嫩滑，加埋香濃嘅燒汁，真係幾惹味！紫薯荔枝球嘅表面非常香脆，入面嘅紫薯好軟滑，而且真係有粒荔枝肉喺度，令到味道超香甜！
