To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳主打四川烤魚或者雞煲 今日我同朋友就選擇咗食四川烤魚😋😋 而湯底方面就選擇豆品三重奏秘製醬香豆花,要加$68 但係材料非常豐富包括有:豆皮、豆腐同埋風琴豆腐🔸四川烤海鱸魚海鱸魚烤得剛好,外脆內嫩,魚肉味道鮮甜 又唔會好多骨。同埋真係好大條😮‍💨😮‍💨 兩個人食最後都食唔晒條魚 已經飽到上心口佢哋用咗特製嘅醬汁,令魚肉多咗一層香氣,唔會太辣但係好夠味,適合唔太食得辣嘅朋友。配搭上啲新鮮嘅香蔥同埋蒜頭,真係一絕!豆皮薄薄地有咬口,口感滑順,帶少少豆香,配搭上秘製醬汁,味道真係好有層次。豆腐就更加滑,入口即化,醬汁入面有少少香辣,令整個味道更加豐富。最後風琴豆腐,外表有啲波浪形,口感更脆,同埋索晒個湯汁😋😋😋配菜方面,本身已經有少量嘅粗薯粉 而且煮好耐都唔會爛 仲越煮越有咬口🙉 另外自己再嗌多咗米線、海帶結、同埋油麥菜 全部都係烤魚必嗌嘅配料🤤 總結嚟講咁差雖然真係好邪惡,而且重口味 但係真係食得好飽好滿足🤩🤩
