To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🔅🔅🔅今次食譚仔的心癮是由他們的皮蛋而起好掛住皮蛋裡面的麻辣汁所以及時行動放工就去食🔸<雞肉魚片頭麻辣湯五小辣米線> 太好賣的關係芽菜和韭菜也沒有了不過沒關係有皮蛋麻辣汁就好了每次都是點麻辣湯五小辣在辣度訓練裡從沒進步過(haha)五小辣其實辣度剛好可接受雞肉還帶來好香的鮮甜味另湯底感覺更加豐富了～魚片頭彈牙爽口好好味🔹<麻辣皮蛋>一個人吃好像有點超標不過一次半次還好啦😆雖然皮蛋黃不是糖心蛋但是蘸著麻辣汁吃就是無敵我還會邊吃邊加些麻辣汁到米線裏吃不麻又不辣吃起來好過癮～🔅🔅🔅

另湯底感覺更加豐富了～

不過一次半次還好啦😆
雖然皮蛋黃不是糖心蛋
但是蘸著麻辣汁吃就是無敵
我還會邊吃邊加些麻辣汁到米線裏吃
不麻又不辣吃起來好過癮～
