To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

問灣仔番工既朋友，星期六下午有咩好食餐廳仲開。佢推介我食Trafalgar. 位於駱克道博匯大廈內，樓下大堂裝修埋，15/16仲上唔上去好，最後都係上左去睇睇原來係一間樓上bar, 有閣樓露天位， happy hour 時間唔多人，而且天氣甘熱，都係坐入面好d. 但坐坐下都會聞到一陣陣臭味，似係d 發霉臭抹布味Orange Squash無酒精飲品。味道偏淡，似係橙汁+soda 水，有d 失望，早知叫杯橙汁仲好Kamikaze中文譯做神風。主要係Vodka 加青檸。其實好想問點解呢杯野叫 Kamikaze.......杯野飲酒精唔多，女仔都岩飲。主角出場~Club Sandwich呢個係我食話過最好食既club Sandwich! 上層係cheddar cheese 夾ham, 有cheddar cheese 既sandwich 真係無敵，超夾超好食，而下層係生菜，蕃茄仲有煙肉加埋沙律醬，好清新。 side dise 有薯條，薯條係厚切，新鮮炸起，而且超長！我好好奇邊度揾甘大個薯仔呢個club sandwich 真係超級邪惡，食完又唔知要肥幾多磅但好食都係值得，一定會番黎
