To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚飯已經冇糖食,亦都有好多餐廳直情關門唔做。大集團應提供外賣都是不錯的選擇。而家做緊五點前落order,片皮鴨一隻六折。其他有啲七折有啲八折,要睇返餐牌。不過,最後揀咗個差不多$468個餐,有一隻片皮鴨+24塊皮+3個餸再加成隻鴨殼俾返你。比起堂食,外賣㗎非常吸引呀。所以購買那天,4:00落order,要成七點先有得攞。七點去到嘅時候,啲食物已經預備好,返到屋企仲係熱嘅。如果講份量呢個餐係四至五人一定夠食成,初時以為好細碟,同埋以為唔俾返隻鴨殼你,所以叫咗個拼盤同埋上海粗炒再加多一份皮(12塊$30)餘下的還可以食多一餐,鴨殼起出嚟,仲有成碟肉,可以炒生菜鴨菘,鴨殼留返煲湯。片皮鴨-鴨皮雖然唔夠脆,但係仲有啲暖。啲皮夠軟,同埋每一層都搵一張紙格住,唔會黐實晒。酸菜魚-分兩個盒,回家時將個湯加熱,放埋啲餸,總共有1.6公升,份量超級夠。菠蘿魚塊-菠蘿是鮮菠蘿,不是罐頭,所以酸咕嚕肉-一般冷艷三併-素鵝有煙熏味甜甜地好好食 燻魚夠味,青瓜冇乜味😓上海粗炒一般,不過勝在冇乜油淨係嗰餐,一個字「抵」
