To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鄰居經常幫襯嘅一間中菜館,今次同咗uncle / auntie去試,每樣菜嘅味道都好好,而且非常抵食。沙薑豬手豬手係凍食既頭盤,口感爽彈帶嚼勁,顏色雪白,配上自家製辣汁,非常惹味。紅燒BB鴿上菜時熱辣辣,鴿皮燒到好脆,肉質juicy嫩滑,超好味😋蘿白清湯腩煲牛腩同牛根份量多,炆得好淋,牛根好滑,充滿骨膠原,湯底清甜,蘿蔔吸收晒牛骨湯底精華。荷葉蒸鴛鴦雞一半係雞一半係田雞,用荷葉蒸,連埋雲耳紅棗等配料,肉質有少許荷葉香,亦好多汁,雞肉質感嫩滑。金沙涼瓜鹹蛋黃碎包住涼瓜炸,超級邪惡之選,蛋黃碎嘅鹹香味中和左涼瓜嘅苦味,很特別的配搭,但又好好食。好味醬烤骨上菜嘅時候係原隻烤骨上,上面放咗一塊大菠蘿,店家會先俾你影張相打卡,然後再幫你切開。烤骨用既係日本毛豬,用料上乘,肉炆得好淋,好味醬亦超級多,由於有菠蘿,味道帶少少酸少少咸,醬汁用嚟送飯一流。事頭婆炒麵即係平時食開嘅豉油王炒麵,老闆特登改咗一個好特別嘅名,成功吸引咗我哋嘅視線。炒麵炒得好有鑊氣,麵身爽彈,仲有好多芽菜,加埋店主提供嘅辣醬食,味道一流。金銀蛋莧菜配料有蛋白、皮蛋、肉碎等等,清湯底,一個比較清淡嘅菜,剛好中和返油膩既肉,完全冇味
