To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

元宵日一家人在這店晚飯,叫了剛推出的全包宴一席,只需港幣1598,味道唔錯,認真抵食。燒味部的两個菜式非常满意: 乳豬皮脆肉滑,肉好痩,唔油膩,調味也適當。燒鵝也調味得宜,好香,肉質嫩滑,味道真的可比美城中燒鵝名店! 龍𧄌两味用料非常新鮮,份量足,魚肉鮮甜,魚皮彈牙,口感十足。蟹肉海皇翅則配料多翅小,但湯底算清甜。上湯焗蝦球伊麺,蝦算大隻但無蝦味,好在伊麵軟滑可口。脆皮龍皇卷,用蝦膠做餡,炸得好脆好香。西蘭花珊瑚蚌炒花姿,爽口但無乜味道,一定要㸃蝦糕醤食。红米炒飯炒得夠乾身,但落得薑小,唔夠香和辣。
