To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前聽人講過依間餐廳啲壽司9點後會半價，果日同朋友係銅鑼灣睇完avengers endgame都成十點，去食就啱哂。去到佢地比咗個qr code我地scan然後可以睇到menu同埋落單，真係好抵，原來平時$8一舊壽司真係有$4一舊。我地叫咗火炙芝士玉子，火炙芝士熟蝦，火炙三文魚腩，全部各兩舊，好好食。最好食係三文魚腩，燒得剛剛好，另外叫咗海膽壽司好鮮甜，如果唔係叫咗咁多舊有啲飽我都想再試多啲唔同味。因為我地好意食玉子，又叫咗個芝士玉子燒$35，有成6舊，真係好抵食，啲芝士同玉子好大塊。然後又叫咗胡麻冷豆腐$38，極滑嫩既豆腐加胡麻醬，仲有幾舊蕃茄仔，配壽司食又唔會太飽，好完美。最後黎既係，手打冷烏冬$45，手打烏冬、蔥花、芝麻，彈牙得黎又唔會太凍。餐廳既waitress都好有禮貌，會解釋清楚邊啲有壽司有半價，同埋邊個顯示既價錢係半價咗，好耐無見過咁抵食既壽司，之後想食都應該會幫襯依間！
