To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

- 如果唔喺當晚另1友人"luck"底,我哋就唔會留喺東涌食飯.............亦唔會遇見1個uncle(估計喺餐廳partner/熟客)同佢個女.............個男人建議我哋同老細傾吓以每人$100食海鮮火鍋,如果唔喺我哋2個只喺食到2道菜左右..............點知坐底後,無嘜人嚟serve我哋...........佢幫埋手攞杯攞碟............問完我哋對海鮮火鍋個idea o唔ok之後,好熱心咁去咗廚房後面...............出嚟就話老細肯做比我哋..............其實我都好無信心$200比到d咩海鮮你食..............但結果有"板"你睇

- 基本上,所有材料(海鮮,肉同蔬菜)都好新鮮..........雖然size唔喺大隻,但勝在鮮甜...........咁嘅質素..........點可能收$200,最起碼都要double啦

- 友人之前都嚟過呢間食飯..............另外佢哋嘅燒肉都好正,亞uncle在車上同我哋講有個豬蹍蜜餞骨(好似喺咁叫)都出色
