To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 幾年前偶爾食咗永年士多嘅車仔麵,之後就成為咗佢嘅熟客仔上個禮拜晚又帶埋屋企人去食晚餐,雖然係繁忙時段,但係仍然搵到位用$200都唔使就嗌到以下呢啲嘢,真係好抵自選三餸車仔麵 | HKD$45/HKD$40 (學生價)湯底揀咗腩汁,配料揀咗魷魚(補$2/加$11), 紅腸,滷水雞翼,蜂巢豆腐,全部都係我每次既必食。豆腐朔晒啲湯汁,雞翼亦都煮得夠腍+好入味👍🏻👍🏻麪底我揀咗油面,雖然比較高卡路里,但係煮得好彈牙忍唔住嗌咗🥹大碗麵 | HKD$72大碗麵,顧名思義有好多料,足足有成10款,多到食唔晒 eg豬腸、陳皮魚蛋、蘿蔔、豬紅、豬皮、雞翼尖、雞翼魷魚、紅腸 + 菜 咁多款食物,梗有一款啱你口味😙面底揀咗米粉,而湯汁都係腩汁,不過嗌咗小辣加咗啲辣醬 (我之前嗌咗中辣,但係辣到食唔到,要小心選擇😅)加配食物:炸魚皮&通菜 | HKD$13 & HKD$25兩樣價錢唔算好貴,可以試吓炸魚皮第一次試😋通菜擺盤好靚,有鑊氣,腐乳則較濃飲品:凍檸茶&凍柚子檸檬茶 | 跟餐HKD$0 & HKD$15一樣好有心思擺盤,柚子檸茶非常夾,有驚喜🤩🤩
