To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午餐時間同事們都說要來這裡吃炸豬扒炒公仔麵，雖然這個是招牌，不過我想吃「light」一點～如果有朋友下午茶時段來到附近，我推介大家可以吃西多士～餐沙嗲牛餐肉煎得夠乾身確保了一定的口感，沙嗲牛濃而不膩而且很有咬口，配合濃淡適中的湯底，令人不斷想吃下去，麵質煮得有口感，份量剛剛好，視覺已經是很吸引，加上檸茶比例很到位不會過酸，配搭濃厚的沙嗲牛麵是很滿足的午餐喔～～～～～
