又到咗一年一度嘅紀念日,食厭咗西餐嘅我今次想食日式鐵板燒,見到呢間有好多好評,就決定係特別日子試試佢🩷預約個時已經要揀定menu,佢有3 個價錢嘅套餐$588 / $788 / $888,我就揀咗$788 個個set😎 餐廳裝修簡約得嚟,都不失日本風,每一個位置都係圍住個鐵板,確保所有顧客都可以睇到廚師煮,好貼心🥰前菜一坐低店員就好快手咁放低咗2 碗前菜,唔好睇個沙律好似平平無奇,佢加咗啲啫喱同沙律醋,開胃得嚟又有啲口感🫢隔離個碟就係秋葵配水雲草,第一次食水雲草,口感好滑同秋葵好夾🙌🏻龍蝦 配 帶子餐廳宜家做緊promotion 消費滿$1,500 就會送龍蝦一隻,所以差不多枱枱都送一隻龍蝦🦞認真大手筆!龍蝦肉係用咗啲蝦膏一齊炒,食落好香好creamy ,龍蝦肉都好彈牙,而且好大隻,睇相都見到我呢度只係半隻嘅份量,未試過食龍蝦係食極都仲有🥹❤️而右上角就係煎帶子,配上菠菜汁,帶子用咗牛油嚟煎,好香,本身見到個綠色嘅菠菜汁,以為有啲怪咁,但食落又幾特別,個菠菜味唔會太濃,正🫢香煎銀鱈魚次次食日本嘢都好想嗌銀鱈魚,但係又唔捨得嗌因為價錢都比較貴💸今次個套餐包埋,好開心🙌🏻🙌🏻上面插住塊魚皮,

次次食日本嘢都好想嗌銀鱈魚,但係又唔捨得嗌因為價錢都比較貴💸今次個套餐包埋,好開心🙌🏻🙌🏻上面插住塊魚皮,除咗美觀仲煎得好脆好香口,銀鱈魚每一啖都充滿油香,配埋隔籬嗰個醬汁食,一啲都唔膩🥰

終於到我最期待嘅鵝肝😍大大塊鵝肝煎都好香,下面配咗塊焦糖蘋果,上碟前擳上意大利黑醋,蘋果多咗一份清甜,中和咗鵝肝嘅膩,唯一美中不足嘅地方,係如果下面有多一塊多士會更好🫢

和牛燒得好淋,牛舌心就爽口,主菜故知然好食,但不得不提嘅係側邊嘅炸蒜,係我食過最脆嘅炸蒜,而且好大塊,牛肉配炸蒜配埋新鮮磨出嚟嘅wasabi 一齊食,簡直係去咗一個next level🚀😳

呢間鐵板燒餐廳完全滿足晒我想食海鮮嘅心,而且有好多款食材,份量都好足夠,一定食得飽,而且可以望住廚師每樣菜幫你燒真係一種享受,我覺得咁嘅價錢可以享受到咁嘅質素嘅食物,真係物超所值,超級推薦🙋🏻‍♀️🥰亦都好啱生日 / 特別日子慶祝,打卡,鍾意食鐵板燒嘅你哋,一定唔可以錯過呢間高質抵食嘅餐廳啦👀👀
