Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐都冇嚟過尖沙咀諾士佛台食飯,難得今日一次過可以約得晒好耐都冇見嘅老朋友,所以就決定嚟一間日本居酒屋,始終我哋大家都鍾意飲酒,到日本嘅居酒屋可以邊飲邊食。呢度嘅裝修都好有日本風格,而且燈光暗暗地,一班朋友嚟食嘢飲酒就最適合。一來就要sake先啦,店員推介神龍純米大吟釀,係經過長期低溫發酵,超級容易入口,我覺得我自己一個人有一支都真係冇問題。食物方面都超正,八爪魚沙律上面有果蓉,好refreshing。炸雞軟骨同炸八爪魚用嚟送走一流!sashimi platter有生磨wasabi,超好食!油甘魚好肥美,鮑魚口感都好正,醬汁調校得剛剛好。串燒牛舌同雞肉串係我嘅最愛,食得出個火候剛剛好!鐵板宮島蠔又大隻又肥美,加埋甜甜地嘅醬汁,真係超好食,呢個我覺得係必點!海膽炒飯亦都炒得好香,為呢一餐畫上完美嘅句號。
