同朋友到荃豐附近搵野食,本來想食王子咖哩,但行過一間餃子店,個朋友就癲左咁講:呢間好好食架,你食過未?未食就試下啦。果間餐廳叫「餃子屋」。一入到去,平平無奇,但人都叫多,12:00都差唔多坐爆,睇睇餐牌。原來係食d 特別口味既餃子,又煎又湯。我都好喜歡食呢類別既野,所以好快就點左以下野食:粟米三色椒豬肉湯餃(6隻)+上海面(魚膠淮山煲豬骨湯底)好surprise!當我叫面既時候,佢有兩種湯底我地選擇,有魚膠淮山煲豬骨湯底同重慶湯底兩種。識飲既一定飲魚膠淮山煲豬骨湯底。之後黎到,第一時間即刻試個湯,真係好好飲,同屋企人煲既老火湯一樣好飲,好滑,甜甜地咁。但係就冇咩湯渣,就會仲加分!!之後個面都好食,好夾個湯。之後食個粟米三色椒豬肉湯餃,咬開入面見到入面有粟米、紅椒、黃椒、青椒,當然仲有豬肉因為係湯餃,所以唔會好油,亦感覺好fresh,因為有d菜。而口感好有層次,有幾種不同既感覺,好食!芝士豬肉煎餃特別叫多份煎餃黎試下,都好食,想比之下,佢比較油,但真係香好多豬肉同芝士都溝埋一齊,唔會好重芝士味。雖無湯餃咁fresh 咁健康,但佢真係香口好多。總結:餃子各有特色,湯真係surprise!好

好飲,好滑,甜甜地咁。但係就冇咩湯渣,就會仲加分!!

豬肉同芝士都溝埋一齊,唔會好重芝士味。
雖無湯餃咁fresh 咁健康,但佢真係香口好多。
總結:餃子各有特色,湯真係surprise!好食!平!一定要encore!!!!
