今日經過荃灣試咗越南菜,餐廳環境佈置充滿咗異國情調,用籐帽做燈罩,連枱面都鋪滿左彩色磗,裝橫落足心思。食越南嘢一定要試越式生牛肉生骨湯河粉,可以另外加蒜油、青檸同埋辣椒粒,令味道更豐富。牛肉新鮮而鮮美,生骨湯醇厚而香甜,河粉滑而不糊。另外小食試咗蒜香牛油脆雞翼同埋得獎嘅法式芝士蝦多士,蒜香牛油脆雞翼外皮酥脆,仲有好多蒜蓉粒,法式芝士蝦多士中間夾住流心芝士,外層撒上了芝麻,炸過嘅多士非常香口。飲品叫咗新鮮椰青,清甜可口,讓人感覺清爽舒適。
