一向對沙田區也不是太熟悉,最近發現原來係有一間很有驚喜嘅酒吧,串燒款式比想像中更多!很推薦一口芝士,外脆內軟,內面呈軟心嘅效果,伴蛋黃醬一起吃是份外美味! 另一款炸雞軟骨,也令人有吃不停口嘅衝動,乃係下酒恩物。串燒類嘅話,點咗豬頸肉、豬五花腩、雞翼、翠玉瓜,誠然原本食物並不抱有太大期望,但係覺得比一般嘅日式居酒屋做得還要出色,確係好驚喜! 知道餐廳Bar Pacific 獨家代理咗貴州漢台酒業全新精品醬酒 《漢台珍藏》,又試吓三款精品醬油Cocktail先漢茶外觀似是一杯凍檸茶,原來創作概念確是以凍檸茶作膽,加入醬香味濃既漢台白酒,最後加上荔枝口味,蝶戀花酒內有漢台、Rum、橙汁、菠蘿汁、青檸汁、MoninPassionfruit syrup,味道清香、醇美。粉紅泡泡光是名字已經很夢幻嘅飲品,以士多啤梨、焦糖和咖啡為主調,配合牛奶與希臘乳酪,顛覆一貫中國白酒予人嘅感覺,帶一份少女感,餘韻富一分悠長既細膩。
