To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢日放假黎到中環諗住去大館行下~ 但去大館之前想食個豐富既lunch! 友人就推介左呢一間食印度野既Jashan celebrating Indian cuisine! 呢度係$158 加一就可以食lunch buffet! 可以由12點食到2點半,真係好抵! 我地上到去店員就安排好我地入座, 仲有得坐卡位添, 坐低冇耐店員就問我地飲乜, 因為包一杯standard drink~ 可以係lime soda又或者係mango lassi! 加多$128仲可以任飲1.5個鐘既beer & sparkling wine添~ 呢度都多印度人幫襯, 入到黎都見到幾枱, 當然仲有外國人! 出面有超多野食! 有沙律、蝦片、炸物、最classic 既chicken tikka 同butter chicken! 另外仲有keema mutter, mango dai 等等,仲有生果同埋傳統既印度甜品, 真係睇落都覺得好食! 另外佢沙律個度仲有好多醬可以拎! 我最中意係佢白色既乳酪醬,用黎點乜都得, 用黎點chicken tikka 同蝦片都得! 佢既chicken tikka好高質, 一D都唔乾! 我地
