今晚我們行去旺角洗衣街食晚飯之前,經過花園街見到間賣多款創新口味嘅格仔餅同鷄蛋仔店!款式種類超多,我們選擇咗蘋果玉桂格仔餅同宇治金時鷄蛋仔,由於係新鮮即叫即整,所以食落特別軟熟同熱辣辣!蘋果玉桂格仔餅一攞上手就聞到陣陣嘅玉桂香味芳香撲鼻,格仔餅係窩夫餅底,質感極之鬆脆,蘋果粒都幾大粒,味道唔會過甜,蘋果餡料嘅份量超級多,多到流晒出嚟,真係幾抵食!宇治金時鷄蛋仔嘅鷄蛋仔質感好香滑軟熟,食落有好香濃嘅抹茶味,入面有粒粒香甜紅豆,餡料相當足料,令到口感更加豐富!總括:可以將傳統嘅小食格仔餅同鷄蛋仔創作出咁多款特色味道,真係創意十足!
