朋友在家工作超過一年,最近佢要返一返公司開會喎😒,於是就順便約我哋幾個老友飯聚一下,等佢可以唔使宅在家。條衰仔約到去鴨脷洲「蟹點」咁遠,不過佢堅稱有好嘢食,我哋就陪佢顛一次,唉近佢公司黃竹坑之嘛。而家有地鐵去南區方便好多,A出口上嚟離遠就已經望到餐廳。餐廳位於西邨街市一樓,地下嗰層有街市檔販同小食店,全幢最近經過大翻新✨,所以裝修好靚、好光猛,衛生又好。餐廳佔地面積超大,同街市大小相約,因為全層只得佢一間店。我哋無諗過呢度咁多座位,閒日晚上都可以全場爆滿,超厲害👏,但太熱鬧就會有少少嘈🙈。餐廳格局令我聯想起柴灣嘅漁灣街市,但環境衛生贏成條街。呢度裝修以漁船碼頭作主題⛴,燈光明亮,冷氣充足,客人坐得舒服。佢絕對同一般街市樓上嘅熟食中心唔同㗎。做得大排檔又點止齋賣一味,佢有齊粵式小炒、潮州打冷同泰國菜,選擇超多,樣樣都想食,睇到我哋眼花撩亂🌸。可能乜都有賣嘅關係,個廚房都大過人,直頭係大到痴線!招牌白胡椒蟹(大蟹)($498),我哋幾個都鍾意食海鮮🦀,見蟹係呢度嘅招牌,就一於嗌隻試試佢。蟹有幾種煮法可以揀,例如避風塘炒、辣椒膏炒、咖哩炒同冬蔭功湯等,而我哋就揀咗招牌白胡椒,因為海報見得最多

肉蟹堅大隻,一定足斤半重,佢以鐵板盛住,店員其後將白胡椒汁淋上,片刻響起滋滋聲嘅聲響,令人食指大動😋。白胡椒好惹味,佢嘅辣度唔算好強,但就有一種「辛味」麻痺舌頭,不過好快就散,而且蟹肉本身鮮甜兼結實,成個組合好夾,無得輸。

上菜時,蟹殼經已被輕輕破開,所以食落都算方便。蟹鉗嘅大小就如我手掌一樣✌🏻,非常誇張呢。此外,餐廳會提供食蟹所需嘅工具,另加圍裙、手套同濕紙巾,好貼心。

金沙黃金蝦($98),我無特登數,金沙蝦應該有起碼十隻。🦐鮮蝦已去頭,原隻沾上鹹蛋黃再拎去炸,炸完出嚟呈金黃色,脆到連蝦殼都可以食埋。🍳金沙蛋黃味唔會過重口味,而且「沙」嘅口感真係好過癮。

脆皮炸大腸($68),呢碟小食超級無敵咁邪惡啊😈,我第一次食咁大塊嘅豬大腸,第一下放落口需要勇氣,不過當食完第一件之後就好放心,因為豬大腸處理得好乾淨,完全冇異味。大腸外皮微脆,內裡煙韌,肥肥層唔會太厚。

滷水鵝片($168),呢度有得食潮州打冷🥢,整返碟滷味都唔錯。實物比食物圖片更大碟,鵝片整齊排列,啖啖肉令人滿足。鵝肉香而不羶,肥瘦適中,滷水調味恰到好處,唔會過鹹或過淡。鵝片外,墊底仲有豆腐、花生同芽菜。

椰汁雞湯($88/椰汁雞湯),雖則話係細Size,但其實都夠四個人飲!雞湯好重椰香味🥥,兼且偏杰身,証明落足料煲。湯渣鋪滿鍋底,入面有好多蕃茄、菇、香茅以及雞肉等配料,🐔雞肉始終用嚟煲過湯,所以肉質避免唔到有啲鞋。

飲品方面,朋友們嗌咗啤酒🍻,而唔飲酒嘅兩位(我係其中之一),就要咗椰青($48)同菠蘿青檸梳打($32)。前面嗰啲就無乜好介紹,主要講下杯梳打。梳打味道幾清新,🍍菠蘿味會強過青檸味,整體亦唔會太甜。

總括嚟講,呢個鴨脷洲排檔超正,性價比高,人均消費都唔使$300,仲要唔收加一服務費。再者,食物份量多,適合一班人Share食,聚會氣氛一流💯。最後,菜式選擇繁多,相信各人都會揀到心頭好。今次大鄉里出城,成功發掘出港島南區一個咁優秀嘅開飯熱點,好開心啊。推介👍!我上載埋餐廳嘅完整餐牌以供參考🙏🏻。
