今晚我們去咗深井嘅「裕記大飯店」食晚飯!我們叫咗西洋菜燉鮮陳腎、馳名古法傳統炭燒燒鵝「半隻」、檸檬蒸烏頭同香芒海鮮卷!西洋菜燉鮮陳腎好耐都無飲過呢個湯喇,因為唔係有好多地方有,飲落有啲住家湯嘅感覺,味道好清潤下火!馳名古法傳統炭燒燒鵝「半隻」嘅鵝皮燒得非常香口脆身,肉質極之軟滑鬆化,脂肪唔會好多,加埋酸酸甜甜嘅酸梅醬一齊食,味道更加惹味醒胃!檸檬蒸烏頭相當肥美大條,肉質超鮮甜嫩滑!香芒海鮮卷嘅外層炸得相當金黃香脆,炸粉唔會好厚身,餡料非常豐富,有一大塊香甜嘅芒果,鮮甜嘅帶子同爽甜嘅大蝦!
