鮮入圍煮呢間火鍋專門店喺香港已經屹立咗好多年,記得以前食過佢嘅海鮮好新鮮,今日專登嚟試吓佢嘅花膠雞湯海鮮火鍋😋呢度嘅火鍋配料選擇好多,你諗緊之際店員已經準備咗花膠雞湯俾我飲住諗🥰花膠雞湯用了非常之足,雞肉同花膠到超級多,雞湯嘅雞油好香,成個感覺好滋補,會忍唔住一啖有一啖咁飲啲湯😎喺配料方面我哋叫咗:🌟手切糓飼牛嫩肉🌟牛骨髓🌟北海道野生元貝🌟炸響鈴(炸豆皮卷)🌟胡椒豬肚貢丸🌟鮮活花竹蝦🌟鮮嫩荀片🌟雞脾菇(杏鮑菇)當中我最推介嘅就係佢嘅胡椒豬肚貢丸,你一味真係未食過,本身貢丸已經充滿肉汁,再加上裏面嘅胡椒豬肚,令到個口感層次好豐富,胡椒味同貢丸原來都幾夾,食咗三粒都唔夠喉😋另外呢度嘅海鮮都同預其中一樣新鮮,當中佢嘅花竹蝦口感超級彈牙,大大隻咁超級正☺️店員教落只需要淥佢5分鐘就可以即刻食啦!另外手切糓飼牛嫩肉都係特別推介,牛肉質地好正,輕輕淥到佢轉色就可以食,食到牛肉香味😁整體來講呢一間火鍋店非常之推介,無論係佢嘅海鮮肉類配料定係湯底都好出色,唔怪得咁多年都獲獎無數😌
