提拉米蘇係意大利國民甜點,去過意大利食過正宗提拉米蘇,鐘意佢濃郁而令人陶醉嘅口味,咖啡的苦味與奶油嘅甜味融為一體。返嚟香港一直都搵唔到好味嘅提拉米蘇,質地一係太硬一係太苦,好難搵到口味適中,質地適中。好開心知道中環街市開咗一間新嘅提拉米蘇專門店,專登去睇下。由意藉店主Ermanno Lelli主理,以家族祖傳的意大利正宗Tiramisu為基礎,再創出多款口味的Tiramisu。今日就嗌咗三款同同事share 食,第一款係1960 Classic , 呢款最傳統口味最得我心,佢有著濃郁嘅咖啡同香甜的香草味道,絕對是提拉米蘇愛好者不能錯過的版本。朱古力粉佢係等到客人真係要買先灑上去,避免咗係冷藏中變濕,令口感變差。第二款係Thai Misu ,用左椰漿取代左傳統咖啡味,啖啖濃郁嘅椰香加上芒果肉,仲有少少椰絲,好有泰國風味,但口感都係Tiramisu好特別。第三款pistachio misu 都係私心推薦,選用100%意大利開心果,帶香濃Nutty風味,同tiramisu 好夾。配合西西里開心果醬,面上鋪滿開心果碎粒,口感好正仲有士多啤梨口味抹茶味同埋Oreo味,作為甜品控,一定會再黎試吓其
