焱丸是一間日式水產店,主打日式燒海鮮,每日都有海鮮從日本空運到來,但價錢卻比起同類型的食店相宜,所以上次食完後就一直心思思想再食,今晚終於有機會了。************焱丸店面雖然不大,但店內掛滿日本風的旗幟,店家用盡店面每一吋地方來讓食客仿如置身日本的水產店。食燒物點都要配返杯冰凍燒酒,所以跟朋友一人一杯。左: 洋梨燒酒($58)燒酒酒味不重,有淡淡洋梨甜味,女士應該會喜歡。右: 生姜燒酒($48)生姜燒酒同樣酒味不重,有生姜微辣味,幾特別。蟹味噌甲羅燒($68/隻)甲羅燒就是燒蟹蓋,蟹蓋內放有蟹肉、蟹膏、蟹籽、蔥花和鵪鶉蛋。店內的燒海鮮全部都有店員代勞,食客只要安坐等食就可以,也不怕亂燒燒壞海鮮。店員在燒蟹蓋的途中,會不時攪拌裡面的食材。燒了十分鐘有餘蟹蓋終於食得了,蟹膏味非常霸道,最適合用來配撈飯或配法包,因為蟹膏中間混和了蟹籽,食時還會有脆卜卜的口感。焱丸活貝大盛($368)活貝大盛包括帆立貝、牡蠣、鮑魚各兩隻和白蜆只隻。白蜆雖然不算特別大隻,但都尚算有睇頭,燒完都不會太乾或黏牙,非常鮮味。店員在燒鮑魚時會把鮑魚殼去掉和切半,方便食用。鮑魚有嚼雩得來又不會太硬,還食得出海水

總結,燒海鮮可以說無得輸,海鮮質素高之餘,店員掌控火喉的能力亦恰到好處,價錢亦比同類型食店划算,相信還會再回頭。
