最近愛上咗食潮州菜係網上搵到呢間都幾高評價嘅餐廳,所以就同屋企人嚟試吓。食得潮州菜潮汕毒藥當然唔少得,餐廳提供生醃海蝦同膏蟹,所以未叫其他食物之前就叫咗先。生醃海蝦 ($218) : 海蝦本身已經鮮甜,經過醃製後味道更為濃郁,醬汁完全滲透落蝦肉入面,越食越上癮。黃花魚 ($268) : 本身想叫馬友點知賣晒,不過黃花魚都唔錯,處理得好好半點腥味都無,冷凍後嘅魚肉,口感爽滑彈牙之餘有保留了魚肉嘅鮮美。汕頭煎蠔烙 ($128) : 汕頭特色小吃,油炸技術一流,外皮金黃酥脆,但裏面軟嫩多汁。芋頭炒香飯 ($138) : 上枱打開開蓋後,散發出濃郁嘅芋頭香味,炒香後嘅芋頭口感變得非常軟爛綿密,不但營養價值高又飽肚感十足。甜椰汁雪耳 ($48) : 超出我預期非常正嘅糖水,又香又甜,雪耳經過長時間烹調,口感變得非常軟嫩細膩,夏日消暑的佳選,鍾意食甜嘢嘅朋友必叫。
