另外我哋叫咗個藤椒雞頸,職員話佢哋用嘅雞係日本走地雞嚟㗎,唔怪得啲肉咁實淨,而且仲夠舊都咁大舊啦。佢哋嘅藤椒唔會太辣,都係比較輕微嘅藤椒味,其實都老少咸宜㗎。

而最重要嘅係呢一個湯底,上網睇話呢一款手工菜個湯係用咗好多唔同嘅料落去煲,有雞有豬,有火腿等等,起碼都煲返六至12個鐘先成氣候㗎,所以個湯真係好甜。

而另外一個手工菜就係石榴蟹,呢個就真係不得了。佢出面白色嗰一層係蛋白煎成,面頭仲有一大嚿蟹膏。

火腿護國菜」是這菜館餐牌中四款湯羹中的其中一款,所謂護國菜,其實即是蕃薯葉。這道帶有歷史典故的潮州有名湯羹,主要材料只有幼嫩的蕃薯葉,經爆炒後,加入上湯煨製,再配以火腿茸,喝來鹹鹹香香的,湯中又有蕃薯苗的嫩滑口感,我都幾喜歡。

要潮爆好似爭D......正潮樓一丁點也不“爭D”!在銅鑼灣鬧市中出現古色古香的裝潢已經一點也不簡單,推門進店立即有幾位親切的店員熱情的招呼,坐下後店員更不停為我們端茶,茶杯經常出現“常滿”狀態,如此好招呼有點不好意思呢!既然略感不好意思便要肆意點菜!這個生醃海蝦頭盤看圖便已想吃,一放進口,蝦味更是迅速爆滿口腔。汕頭煎蠔烙是“潮流”名菜,果然一試難忘,啖啖蠔肉令人感到滿足。既然“潮流興蠔”便不必剎掣,繼續叫蠔!這個脆皮酸甜蠔算是新派造法,每人一客,意猶未盡!是時候清一清腸胃!這個朥粕春菜煲就恰到好處!朥粕一詞對我十分陌生,親切的店員立即解釋為肥猪肉、猪脂肪煎取的油,即廣東人俗稱的豬油渣,長知識!原本點了芋頭炒香飯以為要填飽肚子,可是我們倆吃了一口已肚飽了,還打包了昨明日午餐呢!這算是潮州版的一泊(門口有泊車位)兩食吧!
