經開元朗見到有窯燒雞,就落order訂一隻返屋企加餸。佢哋嗰啲雞落單先即刻燒俾你,所以都要等一段時間。最好又可以WhatsApp落單,咁佢就可以準時俾你啦。佢哋呢啲燒雞需要風乾一日一夜,再放落呢一個大窯慢燒,燒出嚟皮薄多汁,而且啲肉仲好嫩滑添。出爐之後就成隻入盒,返到屋企仲原汁原味。佢會俾埋膠手套你,就可以直接用手撕開食。屋企人都話正。佢哋唔止就係得燒雞,仲有雞腳同埋其他窯燒系列,包括燒賣/窯燒三寶丸,喺出面食唔到㗎。
