事源係咁的......個fd無啦啦話帶我食鐵板燒, 跟住就黎左和菊$880 for 2 lunch set, 另加+300兩位轉和牛先講沙律, 用左紀洲梅調配沙律汁, 唔會太酸同太多, 味道恰到好處菊花燻帶子, 第一次食, 帶子微微散發菊花清香, 又唔算太搶, 好特別, 點少少岩鹽, 更能帶出鮮味伊勢海老, 用自家調配海膽忌廉汁, 龍蝦爽口彈牙(廢話), 配埋個汁真係好正, 不過d 魚子醬就..視覺效果, 冇乜feel XD地蛤湯!!! 呢個有驚喜, 個湯清甜, 粒地蛤鮮味到.....唔識講A4近江午厚燒, 牛味比起佐賀算再濃少少, 食過和牛都明既味道, 特別少少既係有水晶鹽, 靚牛同調合既鹽係絕配伴碟既野菜都好靚, 連蒜片都要用青森產!鵝肝炒飯! 就係鵝肝炒飯, 想像到既味道!龍蝦頭同殼煮既赤味噌湯, 煮到龍蝦既味出黎, 我朋友唔太喜歡赤味噌覺得太鹹, 我就相當喜歡(我重口味XD)柚子雪芭, 普通野啦, 如果轉自家製甜品相信會更吸引

Other Info. : 單係一隻伊勢海老就已經要$500-600, 加埋呢d 食材, 我覺得係值$880 本身menu $880 for2 係用美國牛薄燒 而加$300(兩位)轉近江牛就見仁見智, 我覺得亦係接受範圍之內! 廚師功架十足唔在講, sorry由於我當時細心睇menu, 介紹完唔記得咩名XD 而不得不提侍應哥服務周到, 對自己店內食材有充足了解並細心介紹, 實在難得!
