To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚的朋友聚會來到數碼港艾美酒店南坊中菜廳,多謝Chef Bosco Li&Chef Fung 的熱情款待 令我的朋友可以品嚐到如此美味的菜式,花膠螺頭燉湯好足料鮮甜,禪關萬象好特別,以新鮮蕃茄去皮再將黃耳及齊菜讓入其中,特別之處係用分子料理做法將粥打泡為湯底,成個感覺好清新西施鴛鴦泡飯超正,用龍蝦熬成濃湯泡飯,上檯再加入炸米,食落既感覺覺得難以形容其他菜式亦不在話下!壓軸出埸的當然係飯後甜點,楊枝甘露、爆炸大良鮮奶餅、芝麻卷,楊枝甘露一上場已經好吸晴,又一分子料理做法,用干冰制造煙霧效果,成個感覺好夢幻。爆炸大良鮮奶餅一入口口感更加難以置信,加入爆炸糖既甜品之前從未食過芝麻卷更加係手工製作,現在已經好少地方可以食得到,芝麻味好出,吾粘口Happy ending!!多謝兩位廚師‍的用心制作及熱情款待令到我和朋友們有個開心、滿足的晚餐聚會!!
