Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨天返完大陸經西九回家,去左添好運食點心,-出車站見到,位置方便全場爆滿,要等30 分鐘先有位蘿蔔糕有粒粒蘿蔔,小朋友食左兩件腸粉即蒸,又熱又滑,叉燒好多燒賣好大粒,有咬口炒麵非常入味,秒清值得一讚,有一位非常熱心主動男侍應,身型較肥、灰色衫、帶帽,經常替我們加水,小朋友整跌飲管也耐心主動給新一支,不停叫我們耐心等候,為我們跟單,同我們講預計幾耐有蒸點,外賣也主動問是否分單及提我們盡早下單。今日咁忙都保持專業,值得加許👏🏻👏🏻
