To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同老公專登搭車入黎品嘗流心西多士，見到網上面卜地貼出黎既圖片十分吸引，就立即叫埋老公齊齊試下。黎到等左陣間，先有位入，門口一早已經企滿晒人了。我地一坐低就即刻點晒佢D招牌菜式，等左幾個字食物陸續送到，果然係色香味俱全，末食剩睇剩聞已經令人流晒口水食埋簡直不得了。蝦多士炸得好香脆，入口啖啖蝦肉，非常有口感流心多士有多種味供選擇，我地揀左香芋味，試下新野切落去D醬已經流晒落碟，食左半件已經飽飽地，其實都幾滯下，哈哈。不過確實好食，不枉我地專登搭車過來吃
