To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間冰室嘅滑蛋叉燒飯都幾出名,近排去嗰頭做嘢終於都有機會試吓呢間冰室😍一入餐廳就被滑牛肉蝦仁雙併日本滑蛋飯($59)吸引咗!牛肉真係幾滑又唔韌,蝦仁好爽口,而D滑蛋份量啱啱好,令到每一啖飯都食到蛋同葱花,(算唔算係港式蛋包飯🤣)雞蛋係日本直送咖,難怪咁滑~不過最出色係個甜豉油!由於唔太鹹,所以令豆味更突出,撈飯食真係停唔到口~-特濃蕃茄湯午餐肉粒通粉配多士炒蛋($50)個湯底好濃好正,我飲咗幾啖湯🤣厚切午餐肉粒煎過比較香脆乾身,我中意呢種質感多過平時茶記好多油嗰款~-熱薑汁奶茶(+$4)明明依家夏天,但我真係好中意飲奶茶,所以忍唔住試吓呢個特飲。都幾有薑味,呢杯就相對上奶味會減低咗,無咁甜,不過味道都幾match幾特別,值得一試,如果冬天飲應該更加驅寒~-愛爾蘭咖啡(+$4)(無影相🙈)同事叫咗呢杯係茶記非常少見嘅愛爾蘭咖啡,其實係加咗愛爾蘭威士忌落去調製,同事們都話幾有啡味幾特別。以茶記黎講跟餐加$4就有Irish coffee真係性價比好高,打工仔記得試下!-下次我一定要試埋滑蛋叉燒飯💪🏻
