To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前喺灣仔試過呢一間日式嘅外賣店，已經上晒癮❤而家尖沙咀開咗新店，真係好興奮！地點方便，拎返屋企，隨時都可以享受~今日叫咗幾款，我覺得都好唔錯🥳當然唔可以錯過佢哋嘅三文魚卷再加吞拿魚蓉，俾得好大方，好足料🤤滿滿嘅吞拿魚，一定可以俘虜你個胃！佢哋嘅日式丼飯都好唔錯，配料好多🥰除咗有魚生之外，仲有牛油果，日式豌豆，粟米，同埋椰菜，撈埋撈勻之後，口感非常豐富~佢哋嘅拉麵都好高質，外賣更加會貼心幫你分開個碗裝，所以返到屋企再加入去，唔會浸淋晒啲拉麵🍜
