逸東酒店自從revamp之後都進駐左好多唔同類型嘅餐廳,Happy Friday就黎試下呢間開左三個月嘅墨西哥Fusion餐廳Mobin🙌🏻呢度嘅風格都係同逸東酒店一樣走型格路線,因為有個大玻璃望出去彌敦道郵政局嗰邊,感覺好開陽好舒服,成個環境都好chill,好適合慢慢傾吓偈,食個下午茶💁🏻‍♀️Mobin香烤香蕉花生醬甜脆餅 $108今次係Emi第一次食Bunuelo,初頭都冇咩概念佢係咩黎,只係喺menu見到佢寫住輕盈蓬鬆的麵餅🥠佢係黎自拉丁美洲嘅傳統小食,而Mobin就將佢變成一個fusion甜品,用蛋糕做底,再覆蓋塑形後嘅麵餅,上面再加香蕉、朱古力醬、花生醬同雪糕🍨麵餅炸得好酥脆亦都真係好蓬鬆,配搭嘅醬料亦都啱啱好唔會甜到溜,作為一個下午茶甜點真係要比滿分💯💯Teatini $118Moin有自己Brew “Teapache”,menu上面有介紹呢個係墨西哥街頭流行嘅發酵飲品,而呢杯Teatini就係用醉檸蜜Vodka、檸檬汁同蜜糖調製出黎。雖然發酵過會釋出酒精,但飲落只係淡淡香味,檸蜜味好香好fresh,好適合咁熱嘅天氣小酌一杯🥃西班牙焗蛋 $105|蜜桃冰茶 $60睇佢個me

睇佢個menu仲有啲幾特別嘅fusion dishes,例如皮蛋肉鬆手工意粉、腐乳臘腸卡邦尼、蝦米蝦醬意粉、泡菜臘腸墨西哥餡餅,下次lunch/dinner黎一定要試試🌮
