呢間火鍋店之前都聽過,一直都想嚟試,一入到嚟已經俾佢嘅歌吸引住,裏面嘅裝飾有好多用霓虹燈切出嚟嘅quote,全部都好有回憶好有共鳴,超有feel!打邊爐最緊要就係嗰醬,佢哋個醬料位有差唔多20款配料,連檸檬葉同蝦醬都有,你哋真係要試吓檸檬葉,同啲肉好夾嫁原來!叫咗二人餐($368位),咁就可以唔使揀咁多嘢,兩個人食其實都好夠飽!湯底我就揀咗「香茅清酒煮蜆」,真係好足料,同埋我發覺佢哋用嘅係沙白唔係蜆,更加脹卜卜,佢哋仲有其他好得意嘅湯底下次要試吓先,例如辣酒東風螺同原湯青龍蝦冬陰功湯😋一開頭食咗佢哋嘅熱浪響鈴午餐肉先,炸到脆卜卜,咁樣食真係第一次,好特別!重點就係佢哋嘅牛肉啦,用嘅都係本地新鮮騸牯牛,都係刁鑽嘅部位,4至5秒就食得㗎啦!海鮮都係勁新鮮,特別係蟶子王呀,食落勁爽口!佢哋個面都好得意㗎,叫做水雲面,係用沖繩海藻去做,好有咬口!呢間我已經準備再約朋友去食多次,你哋真係要試吓,一定唔會失望👍🏻👍🏻
