To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大家要小心呢間野嘅“黃金糕“!。食左咁多年黃金糕都係淺黃色，四方形一絲絲咁嘅，呢碟“黃金糕“一上枱全枱嘩然!睇落似馬拉糕，但又硬又乾，一啲味都冇!唔睇得唔食得!再三向服務員確認肯定沒有送錯後，我們便要求退回，因為點心紙確實有誤導成份!點知，換來嘅係一位女服務員一句：“係你地自己叫架喎!"頭也不回就離開，態度差勁!建議酒家多培訓員工，而點心紙則可改為叫黃糖糕或黄金馬拉糕，不要再誤導顧客。川醬金錢肚超咸，睇落一堆野咁。唔講都唔知係金錢肚，不予置評。另外，腸粉和菜苗餃嘅皮肉分離，削到出水，原來諗住好又一餐，唔好又一餐，冇打算post出黎，所以冇影相。但“黃金糕“一事實在難忍，因為唔想其他人中伏，返以順便講埋。冇下次!

再三向服務員確認肯定沒有送錯後，我們便要求退回，因為點心紙確實有誤導成份!點知，換來嘅係一位女服務員一句：“係你地自己叫架喎!"頭也不回就離開，態度差勁!建議酒家多培訓員工，而點心紙則可改為叫黃糖糕或黄金馬拉糕，不要再誤導顧客。

川醬金錢肚超咸，睇落一堆野咁。唔講都唔知係金錢肚，不予置評。
