今天放工比較夜,兼且超攰,好想喺旺角搵個可以飲啖靚湯嘅地方。老公話試吓依間餐廳,聽聞好似好出名,話咩東張西望、游學修和谷德昭都有嚟過。既然係咁,去試吓都唔得嘅,反正未食過!只要有湯飲,我就心滿意足啦!入到去,見到個餐牌原來勁多海鮮,超吸引!最後,我揀咗個招牌油浸虎杉斑,見到佢話係招牌菜,我估應該唔會中伏嘅!比較驚喜嘅係前菜嘅椒鹽花生,令我諗起細細個去酒樓食飯嘅情景。之後,白灼韭菜花及白灼海蜇頭都好好食!海蜇是罕有的厚肉質感,正!湯都唔錯,有杏汁豬肺湯和胡椒豬肚煲雞,,兩款都超鍾意,忍唔住同老公一人一半。😆老公叫左個佢最鍾意嘅瑤柱蛋白炒飯,炒得非常好吃!不過,我覺得全餐晚飯最美味的一定是我叫的招牌油浸虎杉斑🥰😋😙。因為油浸嘅關係,可以食到炸魚皮,炸魚骨、炸魚(一啲都唔「鞋」及乾,超正!)及蒸魚/魚皮😌 真的是超級超級超級超級超級超級超級超級超級正!絕對是必要嘅菜式之一!
